The Louisiana Pharmacists Association (LPA) offers annual scholarship awards to students pursuing a career in pharmacy at an accredited school or college of pharmacy in Louisiana. The scholarship awards are $500 each and two shall be awarded per school.

Eligibility: Pharmacy students must be entering their second (P2), or third (P3), or fourth (P4) year in the Fall semester with a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants must be a student member of LPA and must be in attendance at the 2024 Annual Convention (July 11-13, 2024 in Lafayette) where the award will be presented.

Selection: Award recipients will be selected based on academic performance, need, and leadership as demonstrated through involvement in LPA, the college of pharmacy and community activities. LPA's committee will work with the Deans of the colleges of pharmacy in making final selections.
