12.Identify opportunities for pharmacists and pharmacies not holding the license.

 

Pharmacy Technician Only Objectives:

    Pharmacist (LPA Member): $65

     

    Pharmacist (Non-Member): $165*

     

    Pharmacy Technician (LPA Member): $25

     

    Pharmacy Technician (Non-Member): $40

    CANCELLATIONS

     

    Cancellation Charges

    Cancellations received
    before February 14, 2020 are subject to a charge of 50% of registration fees per person. Cancellations
    following said date are
    subject to forfeiture of all registration fees.

    Activity Cancellation

    Based on the number of
    registrations, LPA reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule this continuing education activity. Notice of cancellation or change will be distributed by
    Friday, February 14, 2020.
